- Dr. Avtar Sing Bath (Major General) is a renowned plastic and cosmetic surgeon in India. He is currently working as a Senior Consultant and Head of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at BLK Centre for Plastic, Aesthetic, Reconstructive, Burns, and Craniofacial Surgery Department. He holds an experience of more than 34 years in plastic and cosmetic surgery. He was the first medic to start Calvarial Bone Grafting Procedure, new modes of treatment for tendon injuries, and comprehensive management of arteriovenous malformations. He was also instrumental in arranging up a state-of-the-art center for Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery at Amry Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt, and BLK Super Speciality Hospital.
