He is acknowledged for his innovative techniques for head and neck surgery also known as Radical neck dissection which helps in preserving the marginal mandibular nerve to ease the procedure. He is well trained in performing various advanced surgical procedures like thoracic oncology surgeries, breast cancer surgeries, and oncoplastic surgeries.

Dr. Shuaib Zaidi has done his MBBS from the University of Delhi in the year 1995 and DNB in general surgery from the National Board of Examination, in 2002.
